We have a sun room addition that looks like it was once a back porch. The foundation slab sticks out about two inches further than the wall. The yard grade is fine and the roof has gutters, but we notice that the tile floor inside gets damp when it rains. (Luckily there is not a lot of rain in SE New Mexico). Stucco house. I wondered if there was some sort of waterproof exterior “floor board” type moulding solution? Or is there an inexpensive better way?

A common place for concrete pools to leak is where the plastic skimmer meets the concrete, i have looked there and see the leak. Then i called the leak detection and repair company to fix those leaks because these kind of leaks are in the skimmers which can’t be plastered perfectly. Experts help is necessary for this work.
