Zone control valves.

What your going to have to do is install thermostaticly controlled zone valves in each area. This will adjust the volume of water as the room calls for heat. You either have to set the temperature of the thermostat in the common area higher or wire each zone valve to the pump, so when it calls for heat it turns on the boiler. If you do this, then each room will remain at the temperature of the thermostat in that room.
