It sounds like you still have a bad cap(s) in the vert out section, Try freeze spray on the caps near the vert out chip and see which one brings the broblem back after the set is warmed up and running. When I run into this type of problem I replace any caps that are near a heat source, I.E. Heat sink or Resistor. Especially if the set is more than four years old. A lot of times you will see that those capacitors are discolored or the plastic insulating jacket has shrunk, Sometimes the top is bulging upward also. Change any that show those signs, Because if they haven't failed yet, They soon will!
