leak is before the pump. Anything after the pump would be just a leak spewing water. Either the well's water depth is dropping (very possible) or the intake point is cracked, rusted, or something. My guess? Your water table has dropped and you are sucking air at times. Depending on how deep your well is, drop the point another fee feet. You might not have the depth to drop the intake another ten feet, but only a well expert can tell you.
