Dear Robert,

My name is Sal I am the owner and creator of First take a razor knife and cut the lino into 4 inch strips. Then with a 4 inch razor scraper you can take up the vinyl flooring fairly easy. If you still have a problem tear up the vinyl layer first then scrap the paper later. After removing all the vinyl paper and glue take muratic acid at a mixture of 4 to 1. 4 water 1 muratic and with a mope and bucket mope your cement floor. Be sure to ring the mope with every dip not to much of the mix on the floor at once. After prep of floor your can cut your door jams and base board so tile slips under and cover all your cracks in your concrete with a white felt paper with felt paper glue. last but not least snap you grid your lines to the lay out of your room and whal la you are ready to set tile. Owe that wet saw you want go to it is a florida company that has a wet saw that would be perfect for you for about 299.00 dollars. We bought one once and used commercially for about 18 months before crapping out. But keep in mind we were installing about 1100 feet a week miniumum.

hope this help Sal
