is very suspect and really strange. Of course this is correct if it was done properly. Case in point, where I live we have solid clay about six inches down. It reacts differently when in contact with water.

I would want to find out what type of foundation repairs were made. Were they permanant jacks installed deep in the ground and jacked up to cause the slab to be even? Also, foundation repairs could be only epoxy injected in the crack to only fill the crack but nothing to do with adjustments on settling. Most major foundations repairs carry a transferable warranty also.

Be suspicious and cautious.
