You have a metal lath that the concrete is affixed to, which is very sturdy and stable to anchor to. Then you may have plaster to the concrete.

You can use tapcon screws, or drill holes and insert lead inserts to screw into that will expand and hold the cabinets to the walls.

Forget about the studs, since you apparently do not have any.
