With the #4 copper at the 150 foot distance. If you are running 220/110 volts, you will need to run (3) #4 cables, one for each leg and one for the neutral. Remember, you will need to keep the grounds and neutrals separate at your distribution breaker box and run separate grounds to new ground rods at the new shop. I am assuming you are running the power source from another panel on your property.
