be able to find a replacement motor without too much trouble. Very few manufacturers build their own electric motors for their product, instead buying from a motor manufacturer. If you can get all the information off the motor, including voltage, amperage, frame size, duty, direction it turns etc..., an appliance or tool repair center should be able to find a replacement.
