Bob, mold needs something like 5 specific conditions to exist. I don't recall what they are right off hand, but darkness and humidity are two that I remember. Anyway, the point is that if you take anyone of the 5 away, then the mold can't survive. And only certain molds are hazardous to your health. A net search for mold would give you this information. It sounds like you're doing the right things so you shouldn't have a problem with mold.
