disassemble the faucet. usually there is a set screw, either allen head or other, that must be loosened to allow you to remove the handdle by lifting it off the internal square stem. after the handle is taken off this should reveal a cartridge of sorts that has numerous o-rings. one of those O-rings is bad. Your choice is to rebuild the cartridge with a set of new O-rings that you can buy at Home Depot or Lowes or a good plumbing supply house. the simplest and maybe more effective fix is to replace the whole cartridge that has all new O-rings, etc. take the cartridge with you to make sure you get a good match. then re-assemble with rebuilt or new parts and reinstall the handle...turn on the water supply valves and test it for function and leaks. hope this helps.
