Gee, can't put a nail in the steel studs. May as well throw away that nice Senco finish nailer...

I agree with Jay J, use some construction glue. (liquid nails)

be careful not to get it on anything you care about.

To remove the molding later, preslice the drywall paper along the top of the baseboard so that any tearing will stop at the slice instead of going halfway up the wall.
