There are many solutions to your problem, but if you don't get your slope right, its all for not. Try to maintain a 1 to 2% slope. Swales work really well when done right. A French Drain is the next cheapest. If you plan going with any type of piping, I'd advise using geotextile to reduce the fines clogging up all your hard work ten years down the road.
