wooden door sag

if your woooden door is sagging in the middle when open, it is an indication that the glue joints holding the door panels together and the finger joints in the panel frames are loose, probably due to aging paint allowing water to get to the glue. if it were mine, I would replace with a new metal door, about 1/4 the weight of the woooden door, making the job for the opener easier.
