Ken, suggest that you try regular household bleach. If that works, flood with water then neutralize with white vinegar. If it doesn't work, then try oxalic acid, again flood with water, then neutralize. These can be pretty nasty chemicals to work with so be sure to use safety precautions, gloves, eye protection, etc. and don't wear good clothes.
