Assuming I understand you correctlyyou have a 3-way switch and a standard switch in same box to operate light and fan from same location for the light and just a regular switch for the fan. Meaning you can turn lights on from two entrances to room fan from only one.
this being correct then you should wire your ceiling fan as such

black-black == Fan power
Blue-red == light power
white-white == Neutral
Green-green == ground

if by chance the fan is being controlled by the two 3-way switches then change the black and red wires


good luck and dont forget to shut the breaker off 110 can kill
