It's always best to get a basic book read up on electrical wiring............

Your question is one of the easiest principles to understand.........The switch ALWAYS controls the BLACK (hot) wire..........

But.......FYI

The (3) white wires are safely connected together with a wire nut..........

The (3) Grounding wires are connected(WireNut) together and attached to the metal box(if used) and pigtailed to the (2) switches.....

The HOT incoming black wire is pigtailed or daisey-chained and attached to one screw on each of the two switches..........The remaining 2 black wires from the lights are each separately attached to the one remaining screw on each switch........

work safe..........If you don't "know" don't Do it!........doug
