Condensation on the inside of windows is due to excessive moisture inside of your living area.
On the outside of windows is due to heat escaping through your house. Even cooking a large pot
of water could cause condensation. It sounds like you may have a nice tight house, be happy.
The reason it did not occur on the old windows was they probably leaked. I had to discontinue
the use of my humidifier years ago because it affected my skylights. If it is excessive then
your only recourse is a dehumidifier.
