We have a window well that fills up from underground when the rain rate exceeds about .2"/hr. It is set in the slab of the carport, so regrading and/or compacting are not easy solutions. We don't need the window. What would happen if we merely filled in the window well with cement (hydraulic cement?) after bricking up the window? There is no other leakage into the basement now. TIA for any advice
