Will a spa run cheaper on 240V vs. 120V

Hi Brian.

Here's another question for ya:

Will a sap heater and motor cost less to run on 240V instead of 120V? The spa is configured in such a way that it can run on either voltage, though I will have to pay about $700 to have an electrician run a 240V line out to it. Of course, I am going to get some other bids...

Here in San Diego where electricity prices are around $0.20 per kWh!
