Currently my kitchen cabinets are stained oak. They are old and in need of refinishing. I saw a show where they put a glaze over some dark paneling and it gave me an idea that I might be able to update my cabinets by doing something similar. Alot of the new homes have this type of finish in them.
I would also be interested in the feasibility of applying a colored stain to the wood. I've seen at a local building store a cabinet that you can purchase that appears to have a green stain on it, with the wood grain showing through. Do you know anything about this.
Please send any info, and/or directions. Thank you. elizabeth
