Can an outdoor cooking island, with built-in natural gas grill, be constructed with wood and stucco for the base, with steel 2X4's at the grill area with concrete composite (Tile underlay sheet) as Non-Combustible construction component at the built-in grill area. Where can I get plans wood considered too dangerous for that application. I live in Arizona, and have seen commercially produced cooking islands for sale...not constructed of brick and mortar.
