What type of heat do you use?

Condensation can be a real problem if you use a non-vented heating source like a gas fireplace, kerosene heater.

Also be sure to check your flues. It can be a sign of a blocked chimney for either a furnace or hot water heater. A blocked chimney is a very serious threat of carbon monoxide poisoning. Remember, you cannot see or smell carbon monoxide.
