Is it a walkout basement or a full basement? It really doesnt matter which kind you have there is not a certain type of plan out there. You need to just go down there and draw out on the floor where you think you might want your walls. All the plumbing/beams/wires will need to be covered up with what is called fir-downs. This will limit your ceiling height if you have 8' foundation walls. If you have higher than 8' then this should not be a problem. Draw the doors on the floor wherever the best spots to put them. But remember that finished walls are 4.5" thick. The walls against the foundation will need to be at least 1" from foundation this means your finished wall will be 5.5" from foundation as long as you go with a full 3.5" stud and not with 2x2 studs.
