Use a flooring that breathes, hardwood, carpet or ceramic tile would be my choices. Stay away from vinyl, or any type of rubber flooring that will not breathe. Rubber backed carpets are out, as are rubber padding beneath the carpet. Seal your floor with Hydro-Seal 75(Northern Industries Inc. Coventry RI ,phone 800 346 5543) waterbase epoxy before applying recommended flooring to eliminate moisture and seepage. This is the best material for floors made. Good luck.
