What do you mean by tiebacks?

If you are talking about the steel piers that run from the footing to the sill plate of the house on the inside of the basement walls, then the cost will depend on how many piers they have to to use to stablize the movement. We we did one of the long basement walls in my mother's home (a 2,000 sq. ft. ranch), it took about 8 piers. The cost was around $4,500. Not cheap. But it has worked very well.
