I am in the process of having a house built and I
would like an unbiased opinion...the house is in the framing stage and it has been rained on, including piles of wood sitting around the house.
It is now snowing and will continue to snow for another day, so the temp. has dropped and I don't know how long it will take to dry out since the number of sunny days is now limited.
First, they claim the wood is treated and it does't hurt it. What's your opinion?

Second, won't it cause the wood to warp? And what
about mildew and mold? What can be done to inhibit mold growth?
Thanks for your assistance.
