I own a home in Wyoming which I've had for about three years. After owning the home for a year the water table rose and began flooding the basement. I had a sump pump installed and it has helped out quite a bit. However, now that spring is here water is beginning to push in though the floor on the side of the house opposite the pump. (I did not install a drain tile system under the pad.) My qusetion is what is the best way to 1) drain off the water and 2) waterproof the walls and the wall to pad joint which allows water in. If a drain tile system is the answer what is the easiest most cost effective installation.
