Greetings Robert,

I don't think that I would buy a air nailer that is suposted to do everything.

I'm a firm believer in buying rebuilt tools from Home Depot because they are affordable and they will replace a rebuilt like they would a new tool.
(The guys will tell you, I don't work there)

If I were going to renail fence slats, I would look at what kind of fasteners were available for air guns and then choose a gun to go with it.

I'm not a big fan of Harbor Frieght, I know some people are. I just want to put my hands on the tools before I buy them. (If my in-laws are reading this, I said "tools").

I would also have to consider that the more air hose you have the less effective the tool, and it's not a good idea (or recomended) to run the compressor with a regular extention cord.

I would think that you would be better served with a heavy duty cord and less hose.

Welcome and Good luck,
