Hi, all. The best wax remover from walls comes in a spray can and is called WD-40. That's right, WD-40. After 4 kids, we have learned how to get crayons off the walls. Just spray on the WD-40 and wipe off the wax. The WD-40 will evaporate pretty quickly and will leave a little bit of an oily looking stain. Then wash the wall with Simple Green or ammonia in water (1:5) and rinse. Some people will try to tell you that WD-40 has silicone that causes fisheye when you paint. This is simply not true. I have soaked wood in WD-40 and painted right over it with no fisheye.

Good luck
