I have two crawl spaces but one seems to have severe water damage. It is 92 square feet, dirt and stone floor, with cement block walls. The estimator quoted me $7,000 to install a new drainage system. B-Dry is the company. The materials they use seem to be better than the thin plastic tubing that is being used in my crawl space today. Also, he said they use a different type of rock, they are licensed and insured. Furthermore, the other crawl space has a foundation crack which he said he could fill and bolt for $485.00. I think he called this procedure lazarize? However, this cost is included in the $7,000 quote. Do you think this quote is too high?
Thank you.
