Waterproof coatings for a roof deck

We have a vinyl Duradeck surface on our roof deck that needs to be resealed. Has anyone ever used Spantex on a vinyl surface before? Gacodeck tells me their product will not adheare to vinyl and Deckote tells me that their product will. However, I found out that those two products are both formulated with the same ingredients-they are elastomeric products.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
