Water stains Granite floors

I have a granite tile floor in my kitchen, and unfortunately I had a prolem with a slow leak from my dishwasher. I have fixed the diswaher leak but have a dark stain noticeable on a 3'x3'area on my floor. The subfloor was wet( note: the granite tile floor does not extend under the diswaher) and I presume the dark stain on the granite floor is water from underneath the sub floor.

1) Will this stain go away when the subfloor drys?
If so what can I do to facilitate this?
2) Do I need to have the tiles replaced imediately so that the sub floor can dry out (it is plywood)?

Any help would be appreciated!
