water pump leaks

Hi,
Boy! I'm glad I found you guys........! Our well water pump "sprays" out a gallon of water during the time of cutting in and cutting out. Cuts in @50 psi and cuts out @65. Max work pressure is @ 75, of what the label on our tank supposely says. We have no clue on adjusting the pressure and of to replacing the pressure gauge if we needed to. we would "GREATLY" appreciatted if you guys can give us some tip on doing this, THANK YOU SO MUCH

[heres a little information on our pump]

water pump: QC61 COATING
NSF CERTIFIED
[ANSI/NSF STANDARD SI CERTIFIED]

MODEL #: Q42VSQ (exeeds epa requirments)

MAX WORK PRESSURE: 75 PSI

INSTRUCTIONS/OPERATING: ANSI-B40 1 (must needed if to operate)
