Water Heater

Posted by Steve on January 9th, 2002 09:52 AM

OK, I'm beginning to think the lady that owned this house before us had a surplus of money. Aside from some other questionable features in the house, she lived here alone and had a 55-gallon electric water heater.
There is a gas connection right next to the water heater so the electric heater is history. Anyone have any suggestions on an adequate capacity water heater for two people? I was thinking 30 gallons but all I really know is that 55 gallons+electric=too expensive.
All it has to do is fill a bathtub or run a shower and a dishwasher in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath place.

Thanks for the help!
