Don't know about a sound pad, but something you might want to consider is a drain pan - kind of like a big plastic cookie sheet you place under your washer. I've seen these in different sizes, but the idea is to catch any leakage from your washer.

Given the size of most stackables, I'd think you could put this pan directly under your stack, and then something like a 2x2 ceiling tile under that. Even just rubber or felt padded feet (like those you'd use to protect a floor from chair legs), would do a lot to deaden the sound.
