Warm isn't always wet(est)

Mike, above ground the warm side tends to be the wet
side, below ground, no; and the VB goes on the side you
want to keep moisture from entering i.e. the wet(est)
side. Your fan idea only works if the air is dry. Which
it will be if it comes in from the cold, but then you
have to pay to heat it. Where's the savings?
