Avoid Wallside Windows at all cost. They measured by windows incorrectly, and offered me a $100 price reduction if I took the incorrect doorwall that they would "shim" up. They also broke the pane of one of the windows while installing. That took two weeks to get a replacement. Now, that window leaks, and twice installers have been out to "fix" the problem. We are now told by Wallside that the problem in our hosue and roof, and not their window and the installation. They have no comment when I tell them that the former window they replace did not leak, and other windows that have been replace by another company also do not leak. Stay away from these guys. They have no idea about good customer service, and I now have a lot of doubts about the knowledge.
