I've removed lots of wallpaper, first thing is to remove the top coat using your fingers to peel it off and something just to get it started so you can get it peeled off. Then take some type of spray bottle and put warm water in it and spray till the layer starts to bubble.It may take a few coats of water and might even use more water than you think so depending on the floor I would protect it with platic. Anything you use could hurt the pine. If it has been painted then thats great. But if not, take care with the water and maybe use alittle less. Peel the rest and wash with a sponge.
