I recently bought a home that has a bowed wall. The wall is bowed in about 3 inches and currently has two metal braces on the inside to hold it in place. The previous owner installed a Be Dry system with a sump pump so there is no water in the basement. I need to get this wall fixed and I have gotten quotes which say I should tear the whole wall down, rebuild it, replace the drain tile, and backfill with slag to 1' of grade. I just go a estimate from the local wall anchor system which was about 1/6 of the cost. Does anyone know anything about this wall anchor system and is it for real??
