The average price of a siding job should be about 3 X the cost of all the material.
1/3 for material, 1/3 for labor, and 1/3 for the company.
Now, this depends on what kind of company you hire. If you buy vinyl siding from a department type store, you should plan on paying 3 X what a Home Improvement company charges.
I would recomend that you go to this site, http://www.vinylsiding.org/index.htm and surf around the "Who are we" section. You won't see VIPCO listed by name but, they are part of Crane Plastics.
I would get three estimates from local Home Improvement contractors and check them out.
I would not hire the cheapest or the most expensive.
