You need to start by cleaning out the seam area, then get a small amount of multi purpose flooring adhesive and apply it with a small knife or something that will fit in the seam area that is pulling up, put a piece of wax paper over the seam area and roll it with a rolling pin, if it is needed get a hair dryer and warm the area and roll with a rolling pin, clean the area with mineral spirits applied to a clean cloth making sure not to get any in the seam. The seam after laying down should be resealed, the seam sealers are made for specific floors, so it is best to know what the make and style of your floor ( the sealers are high gloss and low gloss).
