My wife insists this and we use it. 1 tsp. to a gallon. This was for a polyurathane finish she read on there web page.

Raw wood, I am a fan of a solution of bleach and water. About 1 ounce to a gallon. This solution will have to be rewashed with fresh water as the floor gets "sticky".

Both smell kinda nice, but then so does microwaving an orange for 7 minutes.
