Hello I have a question . I'm going to put vinal on a batrrom floor but I have vinal down allready Can I somehow put the vinal over the flooring that is there ? or do I have to rip up the old flooring first ? I heard that you can buy some kind od glue or something that will allow you to do this . Is this so? the floor is in good shape
