on kitchen cabinets can be a very iffy proposition (as on furniture) if there is no provision made for sealing the edge with an edge molding etc. If you place veneer on about anything, moisture, grease etc over time will tend to cause separations at the edges. Are your current doors a raised panel? flat panel ? You may be better off using a hardwood plywood, or painting. Luck, Kizmet
