vapor barrier

Hi Ira,

I would put in a vapor barrier and a lot of prayer. Concrete is not waterproof, and will absorb moisture like a sponge. If you skip the vapor barrier you are placing your faith in whatever the builder put under/around the concrete when the basement was built.
