I decided to forego the special roller and I used a "Home Depot standard issue." Because it's a textured paint, I expected to lay it on thick. It took two full coats, then I went over any areas where I saw roller lines. Two walls of a medium sized room took 2 gallons, so I would plan on 3 or 4 for all four walls.
I knew I was trying to achieve a texture, so I put it on thick. Two full coats, followed by heavy touch-ups to cover any visible roller marks, and the result looks like I glued suede to my walls!
