You can remove the old
vinyl with the use of and ordinary flat iron. Go to a second hand store and buy a old heavy iron one that gets very hot is better, use
the iron to heat the vinyl then slip a 2 inch putty knife under glue, glue will be soft and come right up. Done this I know it works.
