Urine stains on wood floors

I'll have to disagree with the last comment that was posted.
You CAN remove the Black stains by refinishing the floor (sanding the whole surface).
You can rent a floor sander for about $50 for 5 hours, which should do the trick. Either restain the floors a desired color or just reseal the floor with a polyurethane sealant (at least two layers of sealant).
The stain should not be all the way through the wood unless the animal urinated on the same spot over a period of years, which is unlikely.
