Well, after nearly all day arguing with the receptionist at the AC place and the Home Warranty company, here's their line. They say that the condensation accumulates over time. It's supposed to drain out of the lines or if the primary reservoir fills up it drains into the emergency pan. They say that there's not enough slope on the lines (PVC) to drain the unit, thus the flood. I guess that means that the water was accumulating for two years and then just overflowed, right? Wrong. Last night, after the whole thing had been cleaned out yesterday, it overflowed again. So once again, something has changed in the unit, it's not that I need something else added on. I am at wits end. I can't afford to call more plumbers when they all charge a trip fee. I am so frustrated.
